A non-stick alternative cooking surface that can be used as a versatile cooking option to suit the CADAC Carri Chef, Citi Chef 50 and Braai gas barbecue ranges. Grill 2 Braai is ideal for multiple types of cooking. The grill plate (striped side) is ideal for grilling meat, for example. Steak, fish and hamburger patties, with the flat side (plancha) ideal for traditional breakfasts, pancakes and chips.
The grill is provided with a CADAC GreenGrill coating; This completely PFOA-free ceramic coating guarantees healthier and cleaner cooking. Thanks to the integrated heat spreader under the grill, the heat is well distributed over all cooking surfaces.
