LIQUID SUMAK
It is obtained by boiling the grains of sumac and keeping the water in the sun. Sumac, which is shown among the healthiest spices and has many benefits, is used to add flavor to the dishes. It is especially used in Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş and Adana cuisine.
